Gerald Slick was born and raised
on a 126 Acre farm at RD Roaring Spring, PA, which was owned and operated by his
father. He currently owns and operates an adjoining farm, which houses 12 llamas.
Mr. Slick has been working in
the real estate business for over 25 years. From May 1979 until December 1991, he
owned and operated Slick Real Estate. In January 1992, Slick Real Estate merged with
Kenneth C. Stover Real Estate to form Stover/Slick Real Estate.
In December, 1997, Mr. Slick
and Mr. Stover purchased a Coldwell Banker Franchise. It operates as Coldwell Banker
Stover/Slick. Mr. Slick serves as the Broker of Record.
In February 1998, Gerald
Slick formed Slick & Associates, Inc. Real Estate Appraisals. As a Real Estate
Broker, and a Residential Certified Appraiser, he has been appraising residential
properties, commercial properties, farm properties, lots and land for banks, savings &
loan associations, mortgage bankers, and finance companies for the past 21 years.
